Explore the world of soldiers in the 18th and 19th century. Learn about their daily activities, their roles and those of the people around them.

Historic stations, entertainment and atmosphere of the times recreated through cannon shots and musket fire of historical re-enactors. A day with no entrance fee, where history and entertainment artfully combine!

Come and great blacksmith,militiamen and soldiers! Historians will be on hand to discuss the soldiers' genealogical portrait by explaining their origins. Perhaps your last name will establish you as a possible descendant!


A glimpse of 2016 Edition

The "Order and Law" Historical Day took place on September 11, 2016 and talked about many aspects of maintenance of discipline during the 1759 siege of Quebec.
